Made to Order Magic
Every single item in our store is lovingly crafted just for you. Yes, YOU! We don't have warehouses full of stock or elves working overtime. Your order starts its journey to pure awesomeness the moment you click 'buy'. This means returns are a bit tricky, but don’t worry, we’ve got your back if something goes awry.


No Returns, No Regrets (Except Our Own Mistakes)
Since each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns. Imagine trying to return a pizza with your unique toppings – it’s just not going to work out. However, if we make a mistake (we’re only human, after all), we’ll make it right. Here’s how we handle it:


1. Print Quality:
•    Is your print looking like it took a detour through a funhouse mirror?
•    Lay the product flat, snap a clear photo showing the design and the issue in one frame, and send it our way. We’ve got you! Let’s get that print back to normal!


2. Print Placement (distance from collar, off-center, etc.):
•    Is your design playing hide and seek with the right spot on your shirt?
•    Lay the product flat, grab a ruler or measuring tape, and snap a clear photo showing the wonky placement. For DTG, DTF, and AOP products, there's a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Let’s get that print back in line!


3. Wrong Area:
•    Did your design decide to take a vacation to the wrong part of your shirt?
•    Fold the product in a way that clearly shows both sides and snap a photo. We’ll make sure your print stays in its designated spot next time.


4. Wrong product:
•    Expecting a hoodie but got a tank top instead?
•    Snap a photo of the product you received with the size tag clearly visible. We’ll sort out the mix-up faster than you can say “wardrobe malfunction"!


5. Product Issue (incorrect size received, quality not as described):
•    Got a shirt that’s more “what is this?” than “wow, this is it!”?
•    Lay it flat, snap a clear photo showing the design, the issue, and the size tag all in one frame. We’ll get you the right fit in no time.


6. Sizing Issue (manufacturer’s defect):
•    Is your shirt feeling more like a tent or a tight squeeze?
•    Lay it flat and measure according to our size chart (posted with each product), snapping a photo showing both the print and measurement. The tolerance is +/- 1” for most adult garments and +/- 0.5” for baby clothing. Let’s get those measurements just right!


7. Delivery-related Product Damage:
•    Did your package arrive looking like it survived a tornado?
•    Snap a photo or video showing the damaged package, the printed design, and the issue. We’ll handle the rest and get you a pristine replacement.


8. Reprinted Item Repeats Original Issue:
•    Deja vu with your replacement item?
•    Snap a photo or video showing both the original and reprinted item in the same frame with the issue clearly visible. We’ll make sure it doesn’t happen a third time.

The Fine Print (Because, Well You Know)
•    Timeframe: Notify us within 21 days of receiving your order. After that, even our best jokes won’t help.
•    Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (no impromptu DIY fixes, please).
•    Shipping Costs: We’ll cover shipping for the replacements if it’s our fault. Otherwise, shipping costs are on you.
